We are a professional barber product distributor based in the Washington D.C. Metro area. We have been serving professional barbers and barber shops as an authorized dealer with brands such as: Andis, Oster, Wahl, Babyliss, Elegance USA, Personna, Doctor Barber, and more!

We only sell new and genuine products with valid manufacturer's warranty.

SHIPPING

Packages are shipped daily Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Shipping is via UPS ground of US Postal Priority Mail.

FREE shipping on all orders $100 and over. Orders under $100 pay $5.95 or $9.95, depending on weight and/or volume (Continental US only).

Orders received before 12:00 pm ET are shipped in same day, all others shipped in 1-2 business days.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and Military APO/FPO addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges. (Free Shipping may not apply)

The customer may decide to decline the Shipping Protection Insurance by unchecking the box. However, by unselecting the box, the Customer acknowledges that T.B.S. is not responsible for stolen packages once the shipping carrier has marked the package delivered to the provided ship-to-address

International shipments will be shipped via DHL or UPS or USPS Priority Mail Int’l, Please contact us for shipping quote ( Sales@truebarbersupply.com )

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import fees for international orders. Please contact your local authorities for the fees

If you receive a package with missing or incorrect items, Please contact us within 3 days of the delivery of the item

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 10 days of the delivery date by submitting requests for a return at return@truebarbersupply.com

Any shipping charges related to returns are to be paid by the customer.

Returned items must be in unused / new condition with all packaging, including warranty cards, instructions, etc.

Defective items can be returned to the manufacturer in accordance to their policies. We are happy to provide proof of purchase via email.

If you received an item damaged in shipment, we will gladly replace that item for you. A photo of the damage present may be required.

Items outlined below unfortunately cannot be returned for safety and sanitary reasons.

We do not refund the shipping / Handling fee, it will be deducted from the amount you paid.
